Ballarat Care Home is a Bupa Health Care facility located West Belt, Rangiora.
Ballarat Care Hospital is a single level purpose built Care hospital, consisting of 80 Bedrooms, including a specialised Dementia ward; all with ensuites, as well as sluice rooms, shower rooms, communal lounge kitchenette’s along with a wellness clinic, hairdressing salon, commercial kitchen, laundry and staff facilities.
The hot water plant consists of 4 Condensing (LPG) boilers, split equally between two plant rooms located at either end of the facility, with hot water being reticulated by means of circulating flow and return pipe work.
Armitage Williams were the main contractors, and SpencerHolmes were the Hydraulic Consultants for the project.
