Oxford Terrace Baptist Church

Oxford Terrace Baptist Church consisted of a worship area, kitchen, public amenities, offices, Cafe and two commercial tenancies located over two stories.

The hot water plant consisted of an electrically heated cylinder located in cabinetry, with hot water being reticulated throughout the church facilities by means of a flow and return circulating main.

Hot water for the 2nd story commercial tenancies is by means of localised under bench electrically heated hot water cylinders.

Contract Construction were the main contractors, and Powell Fenwick were the Hydraulic Consultants for the project.
