We have 2 distinct areas of expertise in the commercial sector – New Build and Maintenance. A large part of our current workload is undertaken on a design and build/negotiated basis. We saw a need for this through the lack of quality drawings and documents that we were being asked to price from. There was a real lack of accountability from the consultants.
